A commissioned painting of Springer Spaniels Fleur and her daughter Rowan. The brief was to create an abstract painting of the girls from photos provided. I wanted to show the Joie de vivre that spaniels have, springing through the heather inadvertently putting up a pheasant rather than actively flushing pheasants.
